Era I · Foundation

The first RCS in Maharashtra.

1987

Foundation of Raysons Industries

The first manufacturer of Resin Coated Sand (RCS) in Maharashtra — pioneering a new era of quality foundry materials in the region.

1992

Expansion with SBR Unit

A second manufacturing unit set up under SBR to meet growing demand, expanding production capacity and customer reach.

1995

ISO Certification

Raysons SBR achieved ISO certification — a commitment to international quality standards and consistent process excellence.

Era II · Expansion

Scaling the sand business.

1997

Inception of SRI Durga Mata

Diversified operations, further strengthening our position in the foundry and allied industries.

2002

Launch of RR Sand Industries

Founded to support growing requirements for bonding and coating materials — another specialised division under the group.

2005

Raysons Sand Chem Pvt. Ltd.

Commissioned a state-of-the-art plant with 3,000 tons/month capacity, serving larger domestic and export markets.

Era III · Ignition

The furnace is lit.

2021

Establishment of Raysons Shell Cast

Founded with a 450-ton monthly melting capacity — our entry into precision shell moulded casting for leading global industries.

2022

No-Bake Foundry Line Commissioned

A modern No-Bake line to meet demand for larger, complex castings — expanding technical capability and production flexibility.

Era IV · The Road Ahead

Full-service precision partner.

2026

Advanced Machine Shop & Heat Treatment

A dedicated CNC/VMC machine shop and in-house heat treatment — enabling fully machined, ready-to-assemble casting deliveries.

2027

New HMC & VMC Machine Additions

Further expansion of machining capability — cementing Raysons as a full-service precision casting partner.

Our People

The people behind the pour.

Led by ownership with a clear vision: a precision foundry from Kolhapur that global OEM buyers trust for consistency, transparency and engineering discipline.

Our technical team brings metallurgical control, quality leadership and experienced foundry supervision across moulding, melting, pouring, fettling, machining and dispatch.

Operators are trained on the floor, under direct supervision, with every batch checked against inspection records — accountability from raw material to shipment.
